2. Description of Service
DrapX AI provides an artificial intelligence-powered virtual try-on platform for e-commerce merchants. The Service includes software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools to visualize garments on models or user-provided photos.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, logos, and user interface, is the exclusive property of DrapX AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan.
5. Use of Content
By uploading images to the Service, you grant DrapX AI a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images.
6. Limitation of Liability
DrapX AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service dashboard.
